Your order
Each service page describes the work, required inputs, exclusions, USD price and delivery estimate. Review these before checkout. For scheduled sessions, agree the appointment, duration and time zone by email before paying. Stripe processes the payment; the service contract is with Anastasiia Drohan. Keep your payment confirmation. Scope and scheduling arrangements are recorded by email. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered a refund.
Prices and payment
All listed services are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Displayed USD prices are before any applicable tax. Stripe calculates tax from your billing details and displays the final charge before you pay. Your card provider may apply its own currency-conversion fees. There are no physical shipping charges. Any extra work requires a separate price and agreement.
Delivery and collaboration
Service estimates begin when the brief, required inputs and scope are complete and the start date is agreed. Delays in access, feedback or session availability may change the schedule; a revised date will be agreed by email. See the delivery policy. Do not provide passwords or unredacted personal data.
Using the work
You may use the delivered documents for internal business planning and share them with your chosen development team. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their own licences. The free worksheet and builder are for personal or internal business use; do not resell the blank resource.
Scope and quality
Planning outputs and prototypes are not production applications, agronomic recommendations or certifications. Implementation, hosting and third-party subscriptions are excluded unless expressly listed. No particular business result is guaranteed. Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill; see the quality policy.
Cancellation and problems
Read the cancellation policy and refund policy. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The laws of England and Wales apply without depriving consumers elsewhere of mandatory protections or their right to use a competent local court.
