The practical details.
Scope, preparation, delivery and the free planning tools.
What kind of work is this?
Planning, interface reviews and prototypes for agricultural software. The focus is the workflow, the people using it and a clear next-build decision. These services do not provide agronomic advice or operate your farm.
How do I book a service?
Open its service page, review the scope and delivery information, then use the payment button to continue to Stripe. Prices are one-time amounts in USD; any applicable tax is shown before payment. Arrange call duration and availability by email before booking a consultation.
What should I prepare?
Start with one task, who performs it, what they record and what goes wrong today. Redacted examples are useful. Do not share passwords, payment information or identifiable employee records.
Will I receive a working application?
Planning services provide documents and recommendations. A prototype is an interactive model for discussing a workflow, not production software. Development, deployment and integrations are outside the listed scope unless separately agreed.
How is work delivered?
Work is delivered remotely as documents, annotated screens or prototype links. Email Anastasiia with your payment confirmation and project brief to arrange the handover and any sessions. The service-page estimate starts once the required inputs and scope are agreed, not automatically at payment. There is no instant paid download.
Does the brief builder send you my information?
No. It runs in your browser and does not submit information, use analytics or save your brief to a server. You can download a text file or print your result. Unsaved entries are lost when you leave or reload.
Can I use this for a non-farm project?
The examples focus on agricultural work. If your process has similar field, record-keeping or coordination needs, use the worksheet to define it first. Suitability will need to be confirmed before any booking.
Are the photographs examples of client projects?
No. Field and workspace photographs are licensed editorial illustrations. The portrait has been edited with AI using an existing reference. Sources and editing details are listed on the image credits page.
