Stripe hosts checkout and handles card and payment details. This website does not collect or store full card numbers or security codes. The seller can receive order, billing and payment-status information needed for fulfilment and refunds. Stripe explains its processing, retention and international safeguards in its privacy policy.
Hosting, email and service providers
Website hosting providers process technical requests such as IP address, requested page, browser details and timestamp to deliver and secure the site. This is based on legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable, secure website. Email providers process messages used for customer support. Providers of an agreed meeting or prototype-sharing tool may receive the data needed to deliver that part of the service; their privacy information is available when the tool is arranged. Information is not sold or used for unsolicited advertising. Providers may process data internationally subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.
The free brief builder
Your entries remain in the current browser page. They are not sent to a server, automatically emailed or stored in local storage. A download creates a file on your device. Reloading or closing the page clears unsaved entries. Sharing the saved brief by email is your choice. Avoid sensitive or identifiable employee and customer information.
Cookies and analytics
The website itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or third-party font requests. Images and fonts are served locally. Stripe and other sites you choose to visit have their own cookie and privacy notices.
Retention and security
Personal data is kept only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, deliver and support the service, meet applicable record-keeping obligations or resolve a dispute. Unneeded project information is deleted or anonymised. You may ask about retention of your records using the privacy contact above. Access is restricted to people and providers who need it for these purposes. Do not send production credentials or payment-card information by email.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to legitimate-interest processing, or request portability of your data.
