3. Client responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure and avoid sending sensitive passwords by email.

4. Not agronomic advice

The services focus on software planning, app structure, workflow documentation, and digital product direction. They are not agronomic, legal, financial, veterinary, or safety advice.

5. Third-party tools

Projects may involve third-party tools, APIs, weather data, mapping services, farm management platforms, spreadsheets, sensors, or hosting providers. Anastasiia is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, data quality issues, permission limits, or policy changes of third-party services.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Anastasiia provides professional software planning and prototype support. No guarantee is made for crop yield, revenue, platform approval, exact time savings, operational results, or outcomes outside Anastasiia's control.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Delivery begins after payment and after required intake information has been received.

8. Revisions and clarification

Reasonable clarification may be included depending on the purchased service. New features, additional workflows, new integrations, or work outside the original scope may require a separate purchase or quote.
